Refund Policy

At d’annata boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and unused. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened.

If you’d like to initiate a return, simply email us at hello@35.87.228.114 and we’ll provide you with all the information you need. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
